税制優遇 を英語で教えて!

現状の日本を見ると、「貧富の差が大きすぎて富裕層に税制優遇している」と言いたいです。

1. tax benefits
benefit は「利益、恩恵」という意味になります。
「人や社会に対して与える利益」を表します。
もしくはtax breakと言います。
この場合のbreakは動詞で「壊す」の意味が思い浮かべますが、ここでは、「減税、控除」の意味になります。

例文
The gap between the wealthy and the poor is too big, so the government provide tax benefits (breaks) wealthy people.
「貧富の差が大きすぎて、富裕層に税制優遇している。」

2. preferential tax treatment
「税制優遇措置」が直訳です。
preferential は「優先の、選択的な、差別的な」と言う意味になります。
treatment は「対応、措置」の意味で「治療」という意味もあります。

例文
The Prime Minster promised to give preferential tax treatment to poor people.
「首相は貧困層に対して税制優遇措置を与える約束をした。」

「税制優遇」はtax benefits と言います。

例
It's evident that the wealth gap is too wide and that the affluent are receiving tax benefits.
貧富の差が大きすぎて富裕層に税制優遇している。

It's evident that～「～ということが明らかだ」
the affluent「富裕層」
the wealth gap「貧富の差」
too wide「あまりにも広い」

「富裕層に税制優遇している」は　the affluent　を目的語ではなく、主語にして、are receiving tax benefits 「税制優遇を受けています」と表現することができるでしょう。

ちなみに、the affluentは＜the+形容詞＞になっています。これは「～な人々」という意味になります。
