「何か質問ある？」くらいの気軽な聞き方です。プレゼンや説明の最後に「これで一旦終わりです。何か聞きたいことありますか？」という区切りとして使われます。会議や授業など、少しフォーマルな場でも使えますが、親しみやすい雰囲気を出したいときにぴったりです。

there is 〜 や there are 〜 でも「〜がある」という意味を表せます。また、question は「質問」「疑問」という意味を表す名詞ですが、動詞として「質問する」「尋ねる」などの意味を表せます。

質問はありますか？

inquiry も「質問」という意味を表す名詞ですが、こちらは「問い合わせ」や「照会」という意味でも使われます。
