"be aware"は「了承する、知っておく」という意味になり、Please be aware that S'V'~「～ということをご了承ください。」のような形で使うこともしばしばあります。

2. We will record this Zoom meeting. Your understanding is appreciated.
"Your understanding is appreciated"：直訳すると、「ご理解を感謝します」ですが、一般的に「ご了承いただけると幸いです」という表現で、丁寧なお願いをするときに使います。

3. Please note that this Zoom conference will be recorded.
"Please note that S'V'~"：「~にご注意ください」という表現で、注意を呼びかける際に用いる表現です。note＝「メモする」なので、相手にメモを取ってほしいくらい大切なことをお知らせするときに使うといいですね。
