「君のご両親に挨拶していくよ」
say =言う(動詞)
hi=挨拶
parents=両親 (名詞)

2. I'm going to greet to your parents.
「君の両親に挨拶しに行きます」
greet=挨拶する (動詞)
人に敬意を表する際に使用される動詞です。

3. I will hail to your parents.
「ご両親に挨拶しに行くよ」
hail=挨拶する　
自動詞でも他動詞でも、同じ形で使用することが出来ます。

その他
I am going to talk about our engagement to your parents.
「君の両親に、婚約についてご挨拶に行くよ」
engagement=婚約
engagedという形にすると、動詞で、婚約した
という意味になります。
