これは姉からもらったおさがりの服です。
This is the hand-me-down clothes I got from my sister.
hand-me-down clothes ＝ お下がりの服
(※名詞＋名詞に並んでいます。ex.a baseball game/ a baseball player）

hand-me-down＝お下がり（名詞）
handed-down=お下がりの（形容詞）
