何か質問あったら教えて を英語で教えて!

Let me know if you have any quwstions.以外で、質問あったら教えてと言いたい時に使えるフレーズを知りたいです。

「Please tell me〜」で「教えてください」と言う意味になります。
「tell me」は「let me know（私に知らせて）」と同じ意味で使われます。

また、「Feel free to tell me〜」で「気軽に教えて」と言う意味になります。

「質問があれば」は、仮定法「if」を使って「if you have any questions」と表すことができます。

「何か質問があれば遠慮なく教えてね」

“Don’t hesitate to 〜 “で、「ご遠慮なくどうぞ」と言う意味で、誰かに何かを勧めたりするときに、「ためらわずに〜して良いですよ」という意味で使用します。

Let me know if you want to ask a question.
「何か質問があれば、知らせてね」

“Let me know”は、日常会話でよく使用する表現です。
”Let”は、「〜させる」と言う使役の意味なりますが、”let me know” で「あなたが私に知ることをさせる」＝「私に知らせる」と言う意味になります。
