その情報どこから？

Where's ～? は、Where is 「～はどこ？」という意味の省略形です。
that information 「その情報」＋ from（～から）を合わせて、Where's the information from? 「その情報はどこから？」とシンプルに相手に尋ねることができます。

例文
Where's that information from? I just want to check the source of that story.
それどこ情報？その話のソースをただ確認したいだけです。

the source of ～: ～のソース、～の出所

2. Where did you get that information?
その情報どこで得たの？（＝その情報どこから？）

you （あなた）を主語にした文章です。
Where did you ＋ 動詞? で「あなたは、どこで～しましたか？」という意味になります。do「する」を did 「した」と過去形にすることで、過去のことについて尋ねることができます。

get（得る、ゲットする）＋ that information（その情報）で「その情報を得る」となります。

例文
I've never heard of it, but where did you get that information?

never: 決して～ない、一度も～ない
have heard of ～: ～について聞いたことがある
