初めまして☆2017年からNCを始め、2019年にNC講師になりました。現在は育児の隙間時間に翻訳や自習をしながら復帰に向けて準備中です♪

ずっとパソコンに向かっているので、首がこって痛いです。
My neck is stiff and hurts because I'm on the computer all the time.
stiff = 硬直した、堅い、こわばった
hurt = 痛む、～を傷つける
be on the computer = コンピューターに向い合う

ex.最近、肩こりがひどくて、眩暈がします。
I've been having heavy stiff shoulders lately and feel dizzy.
heavy stiff shoulders = ひどい肩こり
feel dizzy = 眩暈がする

良い意味で期待を裏切った を英語で教えて!

その結末は、良い意味で期待を裏切った。
The ending let me down in a good way.
The ending disappointed me in a good way.

☆期待・予想を裏切ることは【let down】や【disappoint】で表現されます。
in a good way = 良い意味で

ex.彼女は親友を裏切りました。
She betrayed her best friend.
betray = ～を裏切る

ex.何故、私を裏切るの？
Why did you betray me?

本当の事を話す を英語で教えて!

本当の事を話してくれないか？
Can you tell me the truth?
tell the truth = 本当の事を話す、真実を話す

【シチュエーション】
you're hiding something?
何か隠していますね？

Why do you think so？
何故そう思うのですか？

You have a habit of touching your jaw when lying.
貴方は嘘をつく時に顎を触る癖があります。

データ通信量 を英語で教えて!

データ通信量によって毎月の金額が変わります。
The monthly amount varies depending on the data communication traffic volume.
data communication traffic volume = データ通信量
amount = 総額
vary = 異なる

ex. データ通信料を抑えるためにネットはしない。
I don’t use the internet to reduce date charges.
reduce = 減らす
date charges = データ料金/ telephone charges = 電話代

繰り越し を英語で教えて!

余ったデータ容量は翌月に繰り越されます。
The remaining date capacity will be added to the next month.
The remaining date capacity = 余ったデータ容量
add A to B = A をBに加える、追加する

ex.The company will bring(carry) over the balance from the previous year.
会社は残金を前年度より繰り越します。
bring(carry) over = ～を繰り越す

ex. I transfer the rest of money to the living expenses of the next month.
残りのお金を翌月分の生活費に繰り越します。
transfer A to B = AをBに繰り越す
