大事なことは良いコネを作ること、人脈が物を言う。
The important things is to make a good connection.
In other words, personal connections is a key factor.

key factor＝ 重症な要素、重要点

ex. Perseverance is the key factor to success.
忍耐は成功への大切な要素です。

良いところは、好きな時間に働ける融通のきくところさ。 を英語で教えて!

The good thing is that I can work at any time I want.

I can work at any time I want= 好きな時間に働ける。

ex. This job is flexible in time management.

flexible ＝柔軟である ≒ adaptable

ex. flexible working hours = フレックスタイム制

フリーター を英語で教えて!

定職につかずアルバイトで生計を立てている人をフリーターと言う。
A person who doesn’t get a regular job
and makes a living from a part-time job is called a freelancer.

part-time worker , freelancer
= フリーター(アルバイトで生計を立てる人）
☆full time worker=正社員

ex. It's financially unstable to spend my life as a pert-time worker.

ブランドには興味はない を英語で教えて!

ブランド名にこだわりはないので,ブランドには興味はないです。
I'm not particular about brand name,
so I'm not so interested in brands.

be particular about/ over = ～に好みがある、気難しい
be interested in/ to～ = ～に興味がある

ex.He's interested that she goes abroad.
彼は彼女が海外に行くことに興味がある。
＝ He's interested in her going abroad.
