Teacher Jake took up Bachelor of Arts in English major in Applied Linguistics. He then ventured his career as a Customer Service Representative for US-based banking clients for 2 years and a half. There, he assisted and conversed with about 60 to 100 customers daily who are native to the English language. He is a family-oriented person, loves eating, listens to music... a lot, adores poetry and literature and is in love to comedy. He wants to be an ESL teacher to impart his knowledge and experience to people that he once was (hungry to learn about the English language). He is a good listener and is extremely engaging! He is capable to talk and work with anyone!
