「小数点」は英語で上記のように表現することができます。
dismal は「ディスマル」と読み、「少数の」を意味する形容詞です。
point は「点」で、合わせて「小数点」を表せます。

また、少数の読み方も紹介します。
1.5 : one point five
0.13 : zero point thirteen / oh point thirteen / zero point one three / oh point one three
0 は、zero または、アルファベットの O 「オー」に似ていることから、 oh と読みます。
小数点以下の 13 はそのまま thirteen と読む場合と、1 と 3 に分けて one three と読むこともできます。
