パリパリの食感 を英語で教えて！

パリパリの食感のポテトチップスが食べたい.
I want to eat potate chips with a crispy texture.

crispy texture= パリパリの食感

ex.He cares about the texture very much.
彼は食感をとても気にする。

ex.There are people who like and dislike the sticky texture of natto.
納豆のねばねばした食感を好む人と嫌う人がいる。

the sticky texture＝ねばねばした食感

くちどけ を英語で教えて！

ハーゲンダッツみたいにくちどけの良いアイスクリームを作って。
Please make ice cream melted in my mouth like Haagen Dazs.
ice cream=（不可算）アイスクリーム
melt in one's mouth= 口どけの良い、とろける様に美味しい

ex.Taste this bread as it melts in my mouth.
口どけの良い、このパンを味わう。
taste= 味わう,楽しむ

☆as = ～なので (= because ,since)

お節料理 を英語で教えて！

デパートで見たのと家のお節料理は全く違います。
The things in the department store are completely different from the New Year's dishes at home.
the New Year's dishes = お節料理

ex. New Year's dishes are a Japanese New Year's tradition.
お節料理は日本の正月の風物詩です。

油が酸化する を英語で教えて！

このお菓子のクルミの油が酸化しているみたいだ。
It seems that the oil in this walnut is oxidizing.

oxidize=酸化させる
walnut = くるみ
It seems that S V ~ = SがVの様に見える

ex. Oxidize a substance with sulphur.
硫黄で物質を酸化させる。
sulphur＝硫黄

ex. This oil has been oxidized.
このオイルは酸化している。

唐揚げ を英語で教えて！

お母さんの作った唐揚げはローソンのからあげクンより美味しいね。
The fried chicken made by my mother is more delicious than Karaagekun at the convenience store.
fried chicken = 唐揚げ

ex. Fried chicken is a dish of chicken fried in oil.
フライドチキンは鶏肉を油で揚げた食べ物です。

ex.He ate fried chicken and gained weight.
彼は唐揚げばかり食べて太った。
