自我介紹
各位英語學習者，大家好！我是來自哥倫比亞的英語和西班牙語家教娜塔莉亞。我畢業於拉薩瓦納大學，主修兒童教育學。
此外，自大學畢業以來，我從事英語教學工作已有四年多，曾在英語培訓機構任教，也進行過獨立授課。
在我的課程中，我喜歡使用結構化的學習材料，例如NativeCamp平台提供的材料，並根據每位學生的學習進度、學習風格、學習需求和英語程度進行調整。
我致力於為學生創造一個安全且充滿鼓勵的學習環境，讓他們能夠自由地開口說英語，允許他們犯錯，並在沒有壓力的情況下不斷進步。我認為，學習新語言應該是一個循序漸進、充滿樂趣的過程，而不是讓學生覺得他們必須在第一堂課就達到完美。
這就是為什麼我盡力對他們保持耐心，溫和而友善地糾正他們的錯誤，確保他們在進入下一個主題之前，對每個主題都理解透徹，並在每一節課中都以友善和理解的態度陪伴他們完成學習過程。
在我教授來自拉丁美洲、多明尼加共和國和西班牙各地學生的線上英語教學經驗中，我了解到學習英語的關鍵不在於速度，而在於學習的品質、理解的深度，以及如何將所學知識運用到日常生活中，在日常英語交流中與他人溝通。
因此，我認為學習英語應該是充滿動力、清晰易懂且對實際溝通有用的。所以，在每一堂課、每一次講解和活動中，我都力求幫助學生提升他們的聽說讀寫能力、流暢度和英語口語自信。

Hello English learners! I'm Natalia, an English, and Spanish tutor from Colombia. I studied Childhood Pedagogy at La Sabana University.
Furthermore, since I graduated from university, I have been teaching English, both in English academies and independently, for over four years.
In my lessons, I like to use structured materials, like those provided by this platform, NativeCamp, and I adapt them to each student’s pace, learning style, their learning needs, and their English levels.
My focus is to create a safe and encouraging environment for my students, so that they feel free to speak, make mistakes, and grow without pressure. In my opinion, learning a new language should be enjoyable, step by step, and without the students feeling that they must be perfect from the first lesson.
That is why I try my best to be patient with them, correct their mistakes gently and warmly, make sure that every topic is clear and understood by them, before advancing to the next topic, and conducting each lesson, going with them throughout their learning processes with kindness and comprehension.
During my experience teaching English online with students from all over Latin America, Dominican Republic and Spain, I have learned that learning English is not about how fast you go, but about how well you learn, how well you understand, and how well you know how to apply each topic that you learn in your daily life, when you are communicating with others in English in everyday life situations.
Along these lines, I believe that when we learn English, it should be motivating, clear, and useful for real-life communication. So, what I strive to do during every one of the lessons and with each one of the explanations and activities proposed, is to help students enhance their speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills, their fluency, and their confidence when they’re speaking English.
We will be using all the material available for you in this platform, which is very well-structured, ordered and organized to take you through all the English levels, from basic to advanced, and as your teacher, I will be with you every step of the way helping you to achieve these goals and any other one that you have, or to help you make a reality of that reason that motivates you or makes you want to learn English.
In addition, I’m also open and willing to learning about your culture, and adjusting my teaching style so that our classes feel comfortable, meaningful, and effective for you.
