カタカナ語で、～ブレンド、という言い方を聞いたことがあると思います。

この場合は、カクテルの配合を教えてほしい、ということですので、
Teach me the blending of this cocktail.
となります。

少し言い方を変えて、
「配合を教えてくれる？」と頼む言い方にすると、
Can you teach me the blending of this cocktail? となり、
「どうやって作る（配合する）の？」と聞く場合は、
How can you blend it?
もっと簡単にいうと、
How can you make it?
でも同じことが聞けるでしょう。
