たとえば熱田神宮の御神体は「草薙剣」になりますが、これを英語で説明すると以下のようになります。
The object of worship housed in Atsuta Shrine is "Kusanagi-no-tsurugi" sword which is believed to contain the spirit of a deity.
熱田神宮のご神体は神の御霊が宿るとされる剣「草薙剣（くさなぎのつるぎ）」です。
