1. ～ losses in a row
「敗北」は loss と言います。
また「連続で」は in a row です。
これらを組み合わせて「～連敗」 ～ losses in a row で表します。
例えば 3 連敗 は three losses in a row です。

We have three losses in a row in the soccer game.
サッカーの試合で３連敗中です。

2. ～ straight losses
形容詞 straight は「とぎれずに続く」「連続の」の意味があります。
