Teacher Ermi studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Business Management. Her greatest achievement was receiving the certificate as one of the best Customer Service Representative in BPO company. Her hobbies are watching movies, reading books, teaching and playing kids. She used to worked as a Customer Service Representative in the largest BPO company in the Philippines for about 4 years. She wants to become an ESL teacher because she wants to share her knowledge and skills to other people. She'll be best suited for beginners and intermediate level students.
