Nina started her professional development as a school teacher in primary and secondary schools and learned a lot about elementary education and vocational school programs. This valuable experience she has continued as part of Ministry of Education in Serbia team. She had the opportunity to learn about professional development and train and teach diverse groups of educators. At Universalia Management House under the umbrella of Canadian International Development Agency she was the part of experts’ team which steered the reform in the professional development of educators. She has been working as online teacher for three years and finds being a teacher and tutor the most rewarding professional role.
