Teacher Jess used to study Theater in college. It led to her working as a freelance model for a year before getting in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Her previous working experience includes working for a Canadian telecommunications company and an Australian airline account, where she got promoted as an intern trainer. Her hobbies include watching Netflix, playing board games, trying out different restaurants, and going to the mall with her daughter. She's very much into arts, film, music, and literature. She wants to become an ESL teacher because she'd like to help non-native speakers be comfortable in speaking the language. She's friendly, passionate, confident, and patient so she will have no problem teaching students in any level.
