Teacher Hecel graduated from the University with a degree in Psychology where she acquired and honed her interpersonal relationships and English communication skills. She became a call center agent who caters the needs of the New York Medical Providers which made her improve her English communication skills. She chose to be an ESL teacher because she wanted to share her knowledge from her experiences about her passion in English. She strongly believes that with constant practice and exposure to English in a frequent manner, students would also be fluent in the language.
