She used to work as a Customer Service Representative. She wants to become an ESL teacher because she enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Speaking with people who want to improve their English is one of her favorite things to do. She's optimistic and a good listener. She will be suited for beginner and intermediate level of students.
