Sheila B. Lagare is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education major in English. She has been teaching for 16 years already as an elementary teacher. She can handle learners well who have difficulties in learning the English Language. She has become the coordinator in the English Department for 2 years at Saint Louis College-Cebu. She has also become the Vice-President of the Faculty and Employees Association from June 2017- March 2019. Currently, she is studying for her master's degree as Masters in Special Education at Cebu Technological University.
