Teacher Irene got a Diploma in Banking. She has 35 years of banking experience with an international bank where she has interacted with colleagues from around the world as well as in particular visa card call centre assisting customers most of the tourist with queries on visa card. Her hobbies are travelling, reading books, watching soccer, sporting activities and listening to music. She has customer care service experience and is currently a quality controller in the bank. She wants to become an ESL teacher because she wants to share her knowledge with others. She will be best suited for beginners and intermediate level students.
