Teacher Zia is an Accountancy undergraduate. She worked in the BPO industry for almost 10 years - a technical support for almost 2 years, a project manager for more than 6 years, and eventually handled her own team for a year. She wanted to become an ESL teacher because she finds teaching makes her feel accomplished. She's best suited for beginners and intermediate students.
