違憲 を英語で教えて!

「違憲」は Unconstitutional と言います。これは、「憲法」（Constitution）に否定の「Un」をつけたものです。同様、Anti-constitutionalという言葉も用いられます。

死刑は違憲である。

「Against」とは「〜に向かう」の意味で、「Go against」は「歯向かう」ことです。「Against the constitution」ですので、憲法に反するという意味になります。

It goes against the constitution to sentence criminals to death.
死刑の判決を出すのは違憲だ。
