連合国は alliesと言います。
第二次世界大戦における、連合国（アメリカ、イギリス、ソビエトなど）は The Allies 、又は the United Nations と言い、枢軸国（日本、ドイツ、イタリアなど）を the Axis powersと言います。

The Soviet Union was an ally of the United States during World War 2.
ソ連は第二次世界大戦時、アメリカの連合国でした。

The allies of Japan were Germany and Italy at that time.
この時の日本の連合国はドイツとイタリアでした。

「連合国 」は the Allied Forcestと言います。the Allied Forcesは複数の国が共同して行動した軍事同盟を指します。「この時」はat this timeと表現できるでしょう。

この時の連合国は〇〇です。

２　他に「連合国」を表す言葉にcoalitionがあります。これは複数のグループや国が共同で行動することを指します。「〇〇です」は be composed of「～で構成されている」と表現することも可能でしょう。

In this instance, the coalition was composed of X.
この状況では、連合はXで構成されていました。

ちなみに、Instanceは「一例」「事例」という意味で、特定の出来事や状況を指します。
