Excellent!! Thank you for teaching!! And the information I share about controlling nervousness is not by the stomach, but the diaphragm. When you get nervous, you breathe quickly and your diaphragm vibrates quickly. If you breathe slowly and deeply, your diaphragm vibrates slowly and sends an impulse to inform the brain that it's not emergent. Deep and slow breathing brings more oxygen to help the brain run, so you can be more concentrated and control yourself.
