Hi! My name is Brian, and I’m an English teacher who genuinely enjoys helping students improve their communication skills and feel more confident using English in real life. I have several years of experience teaching learners from different countries and backgrounds, and I always try to create a learning environment that is supportive, comfortable, and encouraging.
I previously worked on Nativecamp, where I had the opportunity to teach many Japanese and Taiwanese students, and it was truly a great experience for me. I learned a lot about the learning styles, goals, and challenges that many students face, especially when it comes to speaking confidently and expressing ideas naturally. Those lessons helped me become more patient, flexible, and better at adapting my teaching style to each student’s needs.
In my classes, I focus on helping students improve speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and listening skills, but most importantly, I help students build the confidence to actually use what they know. I believe that progress happens best when students feel relaxed and motivated, so I always aim to make lessons enjoyable and stress-free — even when we are working on difficult points.
My teaching style is friendly but professional. I like to correct mistakes in a way that is clear and helpful, without interrupting too much. I will guide you, give you feedback, and help you speak in a more natural and confident way step by step.
