・all the more reason for doing (to do)

「更不用說」的意思是「程度更加深、一層、更加」，所以上述的表現就是用來表達這個意思的。
直譯的話就是「～的更加理由」。
在 all the more 後面加 for 的話要接動名詞 doing，加 to 的話則接原形 do，兩種用法都可以。

例句
I end up getting stage fight at even rehearsal so that’s all more for doing (to do) that at performance.
「連在練習時都會緊張，上台表演時就更不用說了。」

end up「最後會～」
get stage fight「緊張、怯場」
rehearsal 「（戲劇或音樂）練習」
