偶遇在英文中可以用meet by chance/happen to meet/run into來表達。

by chance是「偶然地、碰巧」
happen to meet是「剛好遇到」
run into是「碰上」這個意思。

I didn't think we would meet by chance.
「沒想到會這麼巧遇到你」

On my day off I ran into a friend of mine at the mall.
「休假時我在購物中心偶然遇到朋友」
