除了「Take care of yourself.」之外，推薦使用 I hope you get well. 或 Take a good rest. 以及 Make sure you rest. 等等來表達「請保重」。

You've been working too hard lately and you've been sick, so please take it easy for a while. I hope you get well.
（最近工作太辛苦導致身體不適，請這陣子好好休息。請多保重喔。）
