＝幾乎沒有邂逅的機會。

以英語為母語的人通常指不特定的某人時，會用 someone 或 somebody。
這句話表達的是還沒有機會認識新的人。

There is no place to meet someone recently.
最近幾乎沒有機會遇到新的人。

no place to V = 沒有～的地方
類似的表達還有：
no time to V = 沒有～的時間
這裡指的是，沒有可以認識新朋友或展開新邂逅的場合。
