「我不太會說話，但～」可以用
I can't explain it, but 或
I can’t describe it, but 表達。

Don't be so depressed. I can't explain it, but you'll be fine.
「別那麼沮喪。雖然我不太會說話，但是你會沒事。」

兩者 explain 和 describe 都有「解釋」的意思，
不過 explain 偏向於解釋「原因」，
而 describe 偏向於描述「狀況」。
