sedentary
坐著的；需要（或慣於）久坐不動的；（鳥等）定棲的；（貝殼）固定附著的
發音
sédntèri（美式英語）, sédntəri（英式英語）

我有一份久坐的工作。我總是坐在筆記型電腦前。
I have a sedentary job. I'm always sitting in front of a laptop.

覺得 sedentary 很難發音的話，也可以使用 keep sitting 表達也可以哦(^^♪

・I've been sitting in front of the computer all day long. 一日中パソコンの前で座っている。
・I keep sitting in front of the computer the whole day today. 今日一日中コパソコンの前で座っている。
・I always sit in front of the computer all day long. いつも一日中コパソコンの前で座っている。

回答的重點
have been sitting 使用現在完成進行式，強調長時間的動作「坐著」的持續性。
keep Verb-ing 表示「持續做某事」。
always 與現在式搭配，突顯「工作上總是」的習慣。

今天一整天= the whole day today / all day today
一整天= all day long / a whole day

如果想表達是「工作・工作上的理由」的話，可以加 for my work 或 due to my work/ because of my work 等也可以。
