這句話也是「請坐下」的意思，不過相較之下，是比較像「請坐下」這種語感的較為隨意的表達方式。常用於親密的關係、咖啡廳或較為休閒的餐廳。在商業場合使用則稍不適合，請注意。
因此在日常生活中，這種說法比較常被使用。

「請在這裡坐下。我馬上帶您到您的桌位。」

2. Please be seated.
這是促使對方入座的正式英文表達方式。相當於中文裡的「請入座」，常用於演講會、集會、典禮或高級餐廳等場合。
在飛機廣播中也會使用seated這個詞。

例句
Please be seated, ladies and gentlemen. The speech is starting in 5 minutes.
「請入座，各位來賓。演講即將於五分鐘後開始。」
