「At least」是用來表示「至少」、「最低限度」的意思。當要表達數字或數量時，會用來表示那個最低的標準。例如，「At least 10 people attended the meeting」的意思是「至少有10個人參加了會議」。另外，像「At least it's not raining」這樣的用法，也可以用來尋找事情的好的一面。在這種情況下，就是「至少沒有下雨」的意思。

至少要好好休息一個星期喔。

At the very least和At a minimum幾乎是相同的意思，兩者都表示最低限度。不過，At the very least比較常用在較為輕鬆的對話中，或是想要強調最低限度的時候。而At a minimum則比較常用在正式的語境，或是在需要訂定具體最小標準的情況下。例如政策、指示、指引等語境中會使用。
