「I realized again that...」的意思是「再次意識到～」，用於已經認識到某件事，透過新的情況或經驗再次確認時。可以用在重新理解某個事實或重要重點的情境，或是回想起以前學過的事情時。此外，也可以在再次確認自己價值觀或想法時使用。

反省了朋友的指正之後，我再次意識到是我自己錯了。

在思考朋友指出的事情後，我再次深刻地意識到，確實是我錯了。

I was reminded once again that...用於再次認識到以前已知的事實或資訊時。另一方面，It hit me anew that...則用於突然有了新的領悟，或是對已知事實有了更深刻的理解時。前者表示知識的再次確認，後者則表示新的洞察或理解。

「重新」有「再一次」的意思，可以用「Again」來表達。
重新思考可以說是「Think again」，如果是重新發現的話可以說「Realize again」。
不過 Realize 有「事後才發現」的語感，如果想強調「重新」的話，加上「Again」會比較好。
