「如果能再次見面我會很開心。」可以用I would be happy if we could see each other again來表達。

would = 想像中的未來、假設條件、委婉的表達

happy = 開心、幸福
meet = 見面、聚會、滿足條件、交叉等意思，
這裡解釋作「見面」。
again = 再次、又

can =能夠、可以
could =能夠（過去式）、可能（未來式）

・I hope we can see each other again!

「hope」有「希望～」的意思，直譯的話是「希望有機會能再次見面」。但實際上就是指「很希望能再次見到您」的語氣來使用。
