・in this situation = 在這種情況下

例：It will be okay if we can focus only one thing in this situation.
　　　＝即使在這樣的情況下，只要我們能專注於一件事就沒問題了。

例：In this situation you can control your emotions.
　　　＝正因為在這種情況下，才要控制自己的情緒。

我認為「situation」也可以用來表達相同的意思。
順帶一提，「under no circumstances」可以表達為「無論在任何情況下」。
