這是一種有禮貌地婉拒邀約、表示「抱歉，下次吧」的常用表達方式。maybe 帶有「也許」的語氣。

例句
I’d love to go to karaoke but I have plan today. Sorry, maybe next time.
「我很想去唱卡拉OK，但今天有安排。抱歉，下次吧。」

Sorry, maybe another time
這是「抱歉，改天吧」的意思。這也是很常用的句子。類似的說法還有 some other time。
