「多麼好的天氣啊！」是直譯，可以翻譯成「今天天氣真好」。其實beautiful本身就有「無比」的意思，所以不一定要加上perfectly。
What a~! 用「多麼～啊！」來表達感嘆句。

例句
What a (perfectly) beautiful day! Today is perfect day for picnic.
「今天天氣好得不得了，最適合去野餐了。」

The weather is perfectly nice.
「天氣真是完美（極好）呢。」
如果只用nice，感覺不到非常好的意思，所以加上perfectly或totally等詞會更貼近問題的語氣。
