「墊腳」在英文中可以用 stand on tiptoe 或 stretch out 來表達。

In my case, I'm short, so I can't take things that are placed on top unless I stand on tiptoe. I envy tall people.

※順帶一提，stretch 有「伸展」或「擴展」的意思，不過 stretch the truth 則是「誇大其詞」的意思。
