「開始發燒了」在英語中可以用 fever started to rise 或 fever is rising 等來表達。

I felt feverish from the morning, but since the afternoon, the fever started to rise, so I want to leave early.
（從早上開始就覺得有點發燒，到了下午開始發燒，所以想早點回家。）
