使用 progress 可以表達「進展」，常用於「如果有任何進展～」的場合。

Please contact me if there is any progress in the matter.
I will deal with that.
如果有進展請告訴我，我會處理。

用 development 也可以。

If there are any developments regarding the project, please let me know.
如果這個專案有任何進展，請告訴我。
