・We might not be able to meet your request.

might 是「也有～的可能性」的意思。
這句話有「有可能無法符合您的期望」的語氣。

We might not be able to meet your request but I will do my best.
無法保證一定可以做到，但我會盡力而為。

Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.
有可能無法符合您的期望，敬請見諒。
