・You shouldn't belittle yourself.

這句話的意思是「不要貶低自己」。

不過，還有其他各種說法。

「貶低」也可以用 demean 來表示。
更口語的說法是 put down。

There's no need to demean yourself.
There's no need to put down yourself.

※這些都是所謂的片語動詞，也就是動詞加上介系詞組合而成的。
例如像 take off、put away、cut on 等，都是類似結構。
