「擦手」一般會使用「wipe hands」這個說法。

例：Please use this towel to wipe your hands.
請用這條毛巾擦手。

順帶一提，濕紙巾叫做「hand wipes」。

如果是要把濕掉的手擦乾，有時會用「dry hands」。

例：Dry your hands well before you touch books!
