「中肯」的意思，是指「沒有偏離重點且正確」。有很多形容詞可以表示這個意思，但這裡特別介紹兩個：

1. sound advice　
sound 有「可靠的、合理的」的意思。帶有「可以期待好結果的好建議」這樣的語感。

2. proper advice
proper 有「恰當的、精確的」的意思。帶有「沒有錯誤的建議」這樣的語感。

「聰明的」　　另外還有 smart, intellectual, wise 等等。

另外，advice 這個單字是抽象名詞，沒有複數型態，也不能加冠詞 a，請特別注意。
如果需要計算時，要用 a piece of～、two pieces of～這樣的量詞來表達。
