・one-third in bloom

①half in bloom
　例文：Cherry blossom in this season is still half in bloom.
　　　＝今年的櫻花看起來還只有五分開。

②one-third in bloom
　例文：Do you wanna go and see cherry blossom even though it might be one-third in bloom.
　　　　＝雖然現在可能只有三分開，你還想去賞櫻嗎？

＊順帶一提，「滿開」可以用「full blossom」來表達。
