「批改」在英文裡可以用 score 或 mark 等來表達。

It's hard to score for everyone.
（要幫所有人批改考卷很辛苦。）

I didn't get much sleep last night because I was marking annual examinations.
（因為昨晚在批改期末考考卷，所以沒什麼睡。）
